All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time shown at checkout or provided by us is based on Australia Post’s estimated timeframes, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates only
- Delays may occur due to peak periods, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
- Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery timing is managed by them
Nstyle is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post after dispatch.

International delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
- Estimated minimum delivery timeframe: 7–15 business days
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Customs clearance
- Local postal services
- Unforeseen delays

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer
- These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee
- Nstyle does not collect, control, or reimburse these charges
Failure to pay duties or taxes may result in delays, returns, or destruction of the parcel by customs. Nstyle is not responsible for such outcomes.
SHIPPING DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Delivery Delays
We understand shipping delays can be frustrating. However:
- We cannot approve any return or refund due to delayed delivery until at least 15 days after the estimated delivery date
- If tracking shows the parcel is still in transit, we are unable to issue a refund
Lost or Damaged Parcels
A refund or replacement will only be considered when:
- The shipping carrier officially confirms the parcel as lost or damaged, and
- The carrier’s investigation has been completed
If the carrier confirms that the parcel is still on its way, we must wait for their final status before taking further action.
RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DISPATCH
Once an order has been dispatched:
- Responsibility for delivery timing lies with the shipping carrier
- Nstyle is not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control
We will always assist customers by:
- Providing tracking information
- Lodging enquiries with the carrier where applicable
- Supporting communication during investigations
INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Nstyle is not responsible for:
- Parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details
- Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but not received due to address errors
